Weekly Open 60-Minute Inner Bonding® Support Group

Come get support as you need it, every Tuesday, Sept 10 through October 29th, on Zoom

• Join as often or as little as you like

• Pay only for the groups you attend

• Meets Tuesdays from 10-11am Mountain Time

• Begins Tuesday, Sept. 10

• Ends Tuesday, Oct. 29

Saturday Immersion

A day of Inner Bonding processes, opportunities for learning and practicing Inner Bonding, for connecting to your Inner Child and Guidance, and for receiving support from others via Zoom. We will focus on group learning in this day of immersion, and therefore, not all participants will have a chance to do an individual process. If you want to be guaranteed personal process time, please register for the "protagonist" option below.

3-Day Intensive and Add-on to Margaret's Intensive

8am-3pm Mountain Time, Daily, via Zoom (includes two short breaks and a 45-minute meal break, so close to 6-hours of group time.)

Open to all, but discounted for those who attended Margaret's 5-day Intensive from October 23-27, 2024

Join me for three days of group process including Inner Bonding in Action, mindfulness, body-awareness practice and Integration.

There will be three Inner Bonding in Action Processes, one per day. Plus, meditation, check-in, discussion, relaxation, mindfulness and body-awareness practices and journaling. Time will be dedicated to connecting with your Inner Child and Guidance to create a roadmap for carrying Inner Bonding into your life more fully.

We will focus on your strengths and on the healing potential of your relationship with the parts of yourself, as well as your recognition that this present moment is the moment where change happens. It's not in the future. It's right now!

• Cost:

• New Participant: $450*

• Participant from Margaret's Intensive: $300*

• *Add an additional $100 to your cost to guarantee your place as a protagonist in one of the three Inner Bonding in Action processes. Guarantee to be protagonist in one of the three IBIA processes.

2025 Inner Bonding in Action Groups

8-10 weeks of IBIA depending on the group size; meets 1-2 x monthly

Inner Bonding in Action is a combination of Inner Bonding and Psychodrama. I have created an online version of Inner Bonding in Action that enables participants to have a concrete experience of the interplay between our internal parts (Inner Child and Wounded Self) and to get a more grounded and body-centered experience of the healing process of Inner Bonding. One participant takes on the role of Protagonist in each IBIA group, and others take on support roles (such as Inner Child, Wounded Self, Guidance, and possibly a person that the protagonist is having challenges with). The entire group receives a learning and healing experience by going on the journey of one participant. It is amazing. You will have to come and try it for yourself!

If you are interested in joining an Inner Bonding in Action Group in 2025, please contact me. I usually offer a Sunday morning group, but am open to doing an IBIA group on another day/time. Your interest will direct me in how many IBIA groups I plan for 2025.

These are closed groups and they are recorded so that you can miss one or two.

• Cost*:

• $400 for a series of 8 groups

• $450 for a series of 9 groups

• $500 for a series of 10 groups

*Cost is based on number of participants. Each group will be dedicated to one participant, so, for example, if there are 9 participants, we will need to have 9 groups so that each person has their IBIA day.

20-Hour IBIA Training (2025)

If you are an Inner Bonding facilitator or facilitator-in-training and are interested in learning some basic Inner Bonding in Action practices, please look for an upcoming 2025 IBIA Training group starting in February of 2025. There will be four groups that are each five hours long. This group will be held once per month.

• Cost: $600

• 50% discount ($300) for 2nd time participants*

• *If you have already completed a 20-hour IBIA training and would like to join again, you will receive a 50% discount on this training.

I desperately wanted to rid myself of some of the emotional pain that had driven my addiction and self-loathing. It never even occurred to me that Karen would show me a path that would lead to the inner peace and joy that I feel almost daily now...I have worked with Karen in both intensive group settings and individually with phone therapy, and I can honestly say that every single experience with her helps me learn something new about myself and my own process.
